We can advise on whether planning permission or a Building Warrant is required. We don't submit applications on your behalf, but we'll point you to the right Inverclyde or Renfrewshire Council contacts and work within approved plans.
We often phase large projects - groundwork one season, landscaping the next. We'll agree a master plan and price each phase separately so you can spread the investment without losing coherence of the overall design.
Yes. For patios, decking, fencing, and hard landscaping we'll recommend trusted suppliers, but you're welcome to source your own materials. We'll advise on quantities and specifications so you get the right products first time.
